Why not?  Sometimes there is an obvious "fault".

I don't think so myself. Is it really that important to blame someone when you find the marriage is over? I would think it would just muck things up more than they are, and create animosity that just tends to make people vengeful. I think it would accomplish a lot more, in everyone just accepting where they're at, and then moving on.

If either of the parties involved are whores why should they not suffer the indignities of their names in the paper for infidelity. Forfeit a percentage of their assets. No 50/50 split. 80/20 is more like it. There has to be consequences for disgusting behavior. There is no worst betrayal than running around on your spouse.

Unhappy? Divorce and get a new life. Have some dignity.
