    IF I APPLY FOR A CERTIFICATE OF LAWFULNESS FOR MY HOLIDAY FLATS WOULD MY TENANTS WHOM HAS RESIDED THERE 4 YEARS GET BACK DATED COUNCIL TAX IMPOSED EVEN THOUGH I PAY BUSINESS RATES OR WILL THEY ONLY PAY FROM THE COMMENCEMENT DATE

    Please let me know if my tenants in my holiday flats would be charged backdated council tax should I apply for a certificate of lawfulness I know they have to be in property 4 years before I can apply if they will be charged back dated council tax i wont apply I pay business rating.


    business rates can only be backdated from apr 2010
