    my daughter is six. there is a court order between her dad and i but he continues to disobey. He irregulary picks her up and does not follow the child support order. im considering contempt of court or modification, but im not sure on the best solution. can i have ur advice?

    Talk with an attorney, he'll handle things legally and get you some satisfaction..........

    Shut his actions down. Make him comply.  Sorry for your situation, he is trying to make it worse .

    I am NOT a qualified lawyer, but on the face of it if he has little or no regard for existing court orders,


    chances are good that he will not have the correct frame of mind to do at all times whats in the little


    girls best interests...
