Are they on your contact list? If not, then you have to type each one in.
BTW: As a matter of courtesy ... before sending a fwd message, you should clean it up by removing all other addresses in the message. You should also use the "Blind Carbon Copy" (BCC) mode for their addresses so that you are not giving each recipient the address of all the others.
