    where do i find stores that have electric scooters or wheel chairs?

    ive tried hospital supply stores and some pharmacies they either dont do it or dont take medicare

      If you are in the states you can google a company by the name of Pride Mobility. They specialize in scooters and lift chairs for the disabled...and they do accept medicare! How I know this is that I sub-contracted for them in deliveries and repairs. You call their 800 number and they will fix you up in no time.
