Maybe you should take the memory pill first?

If your pills are for blood sugar, that could be your answer.  If your blood sugar is out of whack, it can cause all sorts of mental issues - including confusion and forgetfulness.  There are plenty of stories about people acting completely out of it and irrational, all due to blood sugar irregularities or simply forgetting to take medication.  This can be very serious - for you and your kid's safety, PLEASE find a way to take your meds regularly.  Sticky notes can work wonders!

What kind of pills are you suppose to be taking? I'm beginning to wonder about you. All this time to ask questions about your kids problems and post "hi"  in all the threads, where are your kids now? What are the meds for?

Set an alarm clock if you have to.

You must see your Doctor on this and explain the curcumstances as we are not Doctors on this site

because you don't have much faith in them.......that's what my elderly late mother used to say . And she gaged the effectiveness of a pill, by it's size. She'd say ," Oh, these little pills.....I don't think they do much good.''

This could be a warning signal. How old are you? Have you informed your doctor of this? If not, remember to do so on your next visit.
