how do you do this? Where did you get the picture?
On the map where the satellite picture is I hover my mouse over it and click for photos. Then I pick one I like and copy the URL address and bring it here. Then once I see the picture in the answer box, I click it to highlight it and then click the link symbol on the menu bar toolbar, then add the url link for the map in the pop up box. (I uncheck the photos and click get directions again before I grab the link for the map and directions).

http://www.distancefromto.net/ gives bird flight distance. 160.30 km / 99.61 miles. See map!
http://maps.google.com/ gives transportation distance. Click "directions" on left, then put in info. You'll see the distance with the routes. By clicking " show options" you can switch from kilometers to miles.
