    4. I have been working for a major accounting firm in Mtl. for 14 years, due to sickness (fibromyalgia) they are not able to accomodate me with an other job, what would my severance pay? I take lots of medecin and I have the old acquired pension plan of the first company before the merge. Thank you!

      Contact the human resources dept of your company.  They can discuss severance pay with you.

        Actually they are discussing my case tomorrow, what to do with me? This is why I am aking this question.

        Social Security recognizes the condition as disabling  and provides compensation. Your employers may be on the hook for comp so you need a rights lawyer to stand by. I would blow the meeting off until you are represented by law.
