    How do doctors get on the health insurance provider lists for several health insurers

    How do doctors get on the health insurance provider lists in order to be available to help patients with many different insurances and how long does it usually take to process these requests from these health insurers.  Whats the process?  What are the standards for acceptance of doctors to the pool of doctors?

      The doctors and insurance agents agree to a set fee the doctor will charge and the insurance will pay. Once agreed apon the doctor gets added to the list. If you need any more in depth info than that, I suggest you call an insurance company.
