Why do some people (unrelated) call me "Mommy"? I am not a mom.
A few people I have met refer to me as "mommy", I am not a mother, and do not look like a "mommy". I did notice that these people are affectionate and obviously like me. This is a very recent thing, and it has happened 4 times in the last few months, these people do not know each other, and were not influenced by each other.

Perhaps "clu's" answer fits. I am an artist and musician and the two most recent people that called me "mommy" were people that had "issues", I didn't discuss those issues with them, but it is always clear that I care, and treat all with respect, kindness, and patience. Hummm perhaps?
