    if you have severe psoriasis is it better to live in a warm and sunny state?

    I have psoriasis and the palms of my hands and the bottom of my feet, and gets very painful also

    I deal with the same issue. I do not see how a warm sunny state would help as the sun dries the skin and heat makes you sweat and both aggravate the psoriasis. Get some of this http://www.vitacost.com/Country-Comfort-Herbal-Savvy-Golden-Seal-Myrrh-2-oz  it works better than the stuff the doctor's prescribe. 

    I don't think it would make any difference either. I know someone who lived in the tropics and had it, and now they live here in Australia and they still have it.

    my sister has this very bad and finds going out in the sun helpful and has regular coal tar baths which also helps.
