    my windows xp came with c drive which in nearly full. i had a new drive,f, installed. can i change the contents of c to f or will i lose everything?

      You can send everything from your C drive to your F drive. The F drive is a back up drive that is just the same as a C drive.  This is also helpful if your computer crashes (mother board dies). All your files will be safe on the F drive.
