      How old are you? Are you at least over the age of 18? How tall are you? Is your body frame petite meaning you have  small bones? Do you let a lot of things worry you? What does your doctor say. Without knowing you and why you are (according to you) underweight, I'd rather not advice you. See a doctor please.
