Each  email has a different format so the only advice I can give is : find manage folders ,create folders ,and start there . Type www.wonderhowto in goggle and see all the great tutorials on every thing there . You aren't alone here ,many people are using the same things you are . The trick is to find them and ask questions of people using the same thing you are ie the same mail you are . Your question in Goggle can be as simple as " Hotmail solutions "  or Yahoo help .  I have been where you are and all I can tell you is most people will point you in the right direction and expect you to find the answer on your own.  Getting a good usable answer is all in how you ask the question.For example you asked how to create a folder ,there are lots of operating systems 100s of email providers all different and you wish to create a folder . Better way to ask this question would be . Create folder in Hot mail How ??  Now I know where to begin helping you . We all started some where so just keep trying and it will straighten out .
