    Circumference is Diameter x PI  or Radius(2) x PI
    Area is PI-R-squared

    PI = 3.14
    If the diameter is 10", the circumference is 10" x 3.14 = 31.4"

    Radius is 5".   5"(2) x 3.14 = 10" x 3.14 = 31.4"

    Radius is 10"    3.14 x 10"(10)  = 3.14 x 100" = 314 (can't imagine this is square inches".....not sure)
