      Take it to one of the small phone shops if you have them in your area.

        What is Mobile Phone brand and model? You can reset the phone easily using the master reset code...You can get the master reset code from Theunlockspot.com  for Nokia DCT phones and Alcatel OLD phones and reset it.Before that try default code 1234 or 0000 for Nokia Phones.If these code not works get the master reset code from the site and reset it.
