    I was on long term disability for 3 years and I am back to work 2 months ago, and then I am layed of.f

    I was on long term disability for 3 years then I am back to work 2 months ago, and my employer lay me off for economy reasons.


    Am I eligible for EI.

      Contact your unemployment agency. They can tell you.

        Probably not.  In most states you have to have worked at least nine months of the previous year to qualify, but call your state's unemployment office to be sure.
