        In Canada as a friend or family member you have no way to force anyone into treatment. Basically even if you found a way, if they don't want help , nothing will work. Rock bottom is sadly one of the few ways to have someone to want to help themselves.

          Do an intervention and see if that doesn't convince them to seek help ON THEIR OWN..................
