thanks...did this, but it didn't help....every 30 seconds a box comes up saying "Win 7 Antispyware 2012 has blocked a program from accessing the internet", then it goes on to say "PCPowerSpeed.exe is infected with Trojan-BNK.Win32.Keylogger.gen"

Go to your programs, see if PCPowerSpeed is there, if it is, remove it. Your computer does not need it. That should solve your problem.

well, i did that, as soon as i clicked to remove it the darn box appears again, won't let me remove it, either.....i'm stumped now

OK, do this, you can call 866-727-2338 for free help from Microsoft for virus and spyware infections.
