the water from seas and rivers evaporate(that means they turn into hot and tiny pieces of water) and the evaporation goes up high and that forms a cloud. So the answer is that the is the little water that was evaporated and that's why it rains and the snow doesn't come from clouds sometimes when its raining and the weather is really cold the rain turns to ice and melts a little inn its way to the ground and that's why snow is a little weak and that's all I got!SO Now LEARN!!!
