Since nook book is part of Barnes and Noble I would suggest calling them at 1-800-843-2665 The general (and very general I might add) help site is located at http://www.barnesandnoble.com/ebooks/help-faqs.asp However your problem sounds like more of a technical issue and customer service should get you pointed in the right direction.
