I've been voice conferencing with my brothers for years, but for the past 3 weeks or so, I can't get it. I get either a "voice chat cannot be started" or the "you are not authorized to joint the conference". It doesn't matter who starts the conference, I'm getting the same error messages.
Both of my brothers are "green" and go, but when I click on the hands free option, nothing happens except one of the two above error messages.
