    The thermostat on the wall of my condo does not seem to work on auto setting. It works ( sort of ) on full time fan but not on auto. What should I do

    replace it .. it's not rocket science, ask your manager for help their cheap enough and quite simple... you could really do it your self  it's low voltage , nothing dangerous.

    I would say it would be better if you got a new and better one and cut down on your energy bill too because if the fan is running all the time that is running up your energy bill a lot.
