You can do it with the 'Snipping Tool'.

    1) Open your Document.

    2) Click on 'Start' button, select 'All Programs'.

    3) Click on 'Accessory' folder and select 'Snipping Tool.

    4) Snipping Tool window should open up and your document will look foggy ( that's normal).

    5) Next click on the scissors icon, your cursor (arrow) has changed to a cross.

    6) Now move it to the Top Left of your document.

    7) Next; Left click and hold it, while holding the button down drag the mouse to the bottom and then to the right. When you have captured what you want to save, release the left button. Don't worry, this will not change the original document.

    8) Next click on' File'

    9) Now 'Save As' .....Now you can name it what you want and also put it where you want to.

    10) After saving your .jpg file simply close the snipping tool window, now close your Document.
