Your computer is shutting down because it is over heating. You need to clean the dust out of it.
Is it a PC or a laptop?
If a PC, use a vacuum and clean out the air vents. The fans are working too hard trying to fight the dust to keep the CPU cool.
If it's a laptop, clean the air vents and make sure you have a cooling pad under the laptop. A cooling pad looks like this .http://tinyurl.com/7ot8qsm You can find them any place that computers are sold.
