If the court case is because you are fighting the suspension, then you can only receive pay if the company wrongfully suspended you and the court finds in your favor. After the ruling, the court will figure what you are owed and your company will then have to pay you the full sum. Until that point, they can continue not paying you. You are not eligible for unemployment due to being put on suspension.
