what are the odds that two people will draw the same card from a deck of 88 cards

These are medicine cards, totalling 44 cards per deck, but read either right side up or upside down, hence 88 cards.  Each person shuffles, spreads the cards and picks one.  This one done by two people who separately picked the same card, right-side up.

Edit:  To clarify....the deck of medicine cards has 44 cards.  They are randomly chosen rightside up or upside down (allowing for 88 possibilities).  One person shuffles and draws from the pile.  Then the second person does the same thing, separate from the first shuffle and drawing.  The identical card, right side up is drawn by each person.
