the problem is i can never get over my shyness so i dont talk to people
Shyness can be overcome. I was so shy in school that I would take an F before standing up in front of the class and I never participated in class discussion. More teens your age are shy than they ever show. Take it one small step at a time. Do one little thing each day for 21 days.
