    what are those antenna type looking devices on top of street lights?

    There are staring to appear more cameras like you see in and around buildings at intersections and antenna type looking devices on top of streetlamps. As if the government is preparing for some national emergency.

      WI.FI , Cell phone, light sensor, nothing too sinister. We also have them in UK.
