Is there a time limit on pending traffic citations going before a judge?

I received a traffic citation in October of 2010 in Fort Worth, TX and have never heard anymore it. I pled not guilty and ask for an appearance in front of a Judge. HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD...

Not too worry if a summons was never issued, the Constitution guarantees due process,

There is a statutory limit as to when I trial must be scheduled and when a summons must issued and it is generally only months in traffic laws.

Not to worry if there is there will be a warrant issued for your arrest and then you will know for sure.
