If they do not have a way to unsubscribe online then get their home mailing address or the address of the President/CEO and write them a certified return receipt letter with your account number and info and tell them you are canceling your subscription effective and put a date on there. That way they have to sign for the letter and you have the proof and a signed card will be returned back to you when they sign for it.
