Think of your computer like a big hotel , to find some one first you have to know the room and floor. On a computer you type in where you wish to go : Hot mail ,Yahoo mail , what ever you are using . When you get to the door a password and user name is required to enter .Then you have access to your mail. Same with face book and other sites. Is there a better way ? Yes there are short cuts and links that make access a single click the equivalent of using the phone to call the room . Thats for later for now doing what I said will get you around . We all started where you are ,the only thing I can say is it gets better and time and practice are the only way . Hope this helped .       Bill
