Start menu > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > Bing hides under the name conduit or conduit engine > uninstall

I couldn't find either bing or intuit on my programs. But Bing is definitely on when I start my computor. the indicators across the top are no help with things I usually need.
OK, try this, click on View, see the list of tool bars you have installed and see if Conduit engine is there. If it is, click it one time to remove the check mark. This will deactivate it.
