    "FLITZ" at any car store. Apply and use a buffer, can also be done by hand.

    I think I do not know the name of it but Ed has the right answer you if you are talking about headlights that have gotten the yellowed look as they have aged they can be restored but you have to use that stuff and a buffer but heard it works great.

    There are several other products on the market as well.

    put some wind -shield wiper fluid on it......the kind that has like anti-freeze properties in it.  That's good for getting a frozen lock on a car door open too.

    D- icer can.You get it in a garage or supermarket or scrape it off.
