For those who workout in a gym. If you see somebody using incorrect form, do you try to instruct him/her?

Actually that doesn't seem like a good idea.  People are usually in their own zone...the best way is to point something out quietly to a trainer.  They are happy to jump on these things PRONTO and you don't come across as a "Know it all".

Great idea! I never thought of that. The trainer might even gain a customer!

Professional gym Instructors should always supervise because you can seriously hurt yourself or others if you don’t do it right. I can bench press 200 lbs but I won’t do that without a spotter.

Sometimes I watch the guys grunting and straining to lift more weight than they can properly. They are swinging their bodies instead of using the arm muscles they think they are building. I never say anything to them. No one should bench without a spotter.

Actually, I do.  When equipment is used incorrectly or breathing techniques are wrong, it can cause injury and even stroke.  I always say, "excuse me" before I offer the correction.  I include WHY the exercise should be performed correctly and the consequences of not doing so.  No one has told me to go to hell yet.

thats a good question i would like to no edict for that
