If you are ready to give up the drink then you must to AA and then find a sponcer I wish you all the luck in the world as this not a walk in the park if you want it bad you will become clean ......

Start by attending a meeting at AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) if you are speaking of alcohol.  Their telephone number is in the phone book.

Wish you luck. With some spiritual help you will quit. Glad to see your sick and tired of being sick and tired.

AA's is the only true, sure way to quit drinking and staying sober..............

You are on the right track you have owned up to having a drinking problem, now seek help through AA and some churches have a great program for that called Celebrate Recovery.  I wish you the best tough battle but you have made a giant step admitting you have a problem, you need help and want help that is a great start.
