You can't connect to the network if it does not extend to where you are. Not sure what you're asking as far as the e-mail is concerned. If you mean you want to send an e-mail to someone who has an e-mail address through telekon, then that should be OK. Sorry, did my best to follow what you are asking. We are not affiliated with telekon so I had to google them.
