Why is my cheese mold after 3 days of storage in the refrigerator?

Could be for a number of reasons.  My first guess is that it wasn't wrapped properly.  After that I would check the refrigeration level.  Just cut off the moldy parts and you can still eat the cheese...........

It's still aging. As jh said, just cut off the mold, the cheese is fine to eat. I would guess the same as jh, wrap it better and check the temp on your fridge, Might not be cool enough.
