      I feel like that all the time 47 on 1200mgs Ibuprofen Paracetamol and Methyltraxate the doctor said Arthritus not sure myself but it's awful

        Arthritis can strike at any age and most people, over the age of 40,  have it to one degree or another.

            best to see a doctor, I have similar symptoms but it has been diagnosed as a couple of separate problems, carpel tunnel was effecting my hands and arms, and I have a couple of crushed discs in my back, nerve damage also created problems but has been corrected through a series of minor surgeries, go get a diagnosis you may find there is a solution or at least options to make life more comfortable.
