Hi there. Good question. Chinesepod and Popupchinese are OK. My favorite is Gurulu though. http://www.gurulu.com/en . I like it because they got interesting contents including questions testing your understanding of it, a kind of automated learning system that makes sure you don't forget things, nice voices speaking the podcasts and a voice recorder to check your spoken Chinese.
