      I do not know what bonner potatoes are. Can't find them on the internet either.

        Little potatoes...New potatoes... at least I hope I am correct :D... every potato is different... some make good mashed and some make good fries, some for soup and some are excellent for roasting. It's a French thing!

        Roll them in olive oil and sprinkle salt pepper and garlic on top... roast in the oven at 350 degrees F until soft... takes about 25 to 35 mins depending on size.  Don't forget to poke a few holes in each one.
