A lot depends on whether it is non-profit or profit. Quit worrying about that and just do what you are Paid for...the client's well being is the important thing at issue! Enough said? Or maybe you should consider another line of work! I know of almost 40 employees that are probably curious as to that fact...it's really none of their business. I can only say, it's a good thing for some that I'm not the one running the boat...or some heads would roll. I'm ex-military, and I don't believe in excuses for lack of reasonable performance. You have my blood pressure rising in just thinking of this question, as owners of companies never get a break from this crap!
