If you have a PC that is Microsoft Windows based programs go to My Computer click on add/remove programs, wait for the list to populate that will take just a minute or two, after it list has populated look down through there until you find Bing and you should have remove/uninstall hit that or hit delete that should get rid of it. Hope that helps. I tried Bing too I hated it and it intrudes onto everything.
