I'm not sure what you are asking. If you mean you want to reply to them before someone else does, look for the questions under the unanswered tab at the top of the page.

No, those options are not available. You have to know the exact spelling of the user name (including upper case and lower case lettering) in order to use the search bar on the top members page.
The same goes for searching out a question, you need to search it exactly as the question title is worded.

The reason for asking my question was to (maybe)find a faster way to get anywhere I want. I am not retired and even if I was I don't like wasting my time.
Unfortunately search by user name alphabetically or by question name alphabetically are not available or are they?
