    Is the name of the government in Beijing the Democratic People's Republic of China or the Republic of China.  If it is the former would it be appropriate to refer to the communist government as the DPRC?

      The correct title is the 'Peoples Republic of China', i don't know where you got Democratic.

        People's Republic of China in Beijing = People's Republic of China (PRC)


        Republic of China is known for the state of Taiwan.


        I do not see anything  democratic in their titles at all.
