      A Chemist/Pharmacy can suggest pain medication for headaches,usually it is Paracetemol or Codiene or both together.

        What i take and what you take could be different , if it's that bad i'd ask my local pharmacist..

          I have severe headaches and a lot of them I have found sometimes helps make them go away is 2 Stanback powders taken with a coke.  Seems to help mine a good bit of the time.
