My employer cut my pay for two weeks and told other employees such before telling me. Also yells at me in front of others, including employees and clients. Also called me names in anger. My rights?

If you live in America, contact your local Labor Dept.  You can find them in the blue section of your telephone book.

Jeeze, he wouldn't to do that in Australia. He'd be told where to go. And he'd most likely end up in court, too. There is an organisation to deal with that kind of abuse.

You can get writing pen video recorders, buy one of those and put it in your shirt pocket. When he starts the abuse, switch it on. But don't tell him what you are doing.

Are we supposed to know where your place of employment is?
