Reading on the web or on adobe reader?
For adobe, there should be a highlighter tool at the top of the .pdf under 'comment and markup' and 'markup tools' and then "highlight" that is with the latest version of acrobat.
For the web, place cursor just before the first word, left click and hold, then move your mouse so the cursor goes over all the words, highlighting them in blue.
