Lordosis is in a way opposite to Kyphosis the later being round shouldered or you will see old ladies with a stoop from the waist upswards whereas Lordosis is where the spine recedes inwards from below the waist but not as noticable as Kyphosis which looks like a humped back both are associated with changes in the vertebral spine. Speak with your Doctor if you are suffering symptoms from this with regard to prevention - exercise helps. Good luck.
