You would need a faster processor or more RAM, the time outs occur because the download has more information than your processors can handle at the given time while they search for places in your RAM to store the information.

I have an intel i3 core, is RAM then my problem?
It could be your problem if you have a lot of downloads chewing up space. Have you done a defrag lately?
